If you don't know your pet's circumference, please check before ordering. What you will need is a measuring tape or alternatively a string and a ruler. The type of your measuring depends on the type of the product you are interested in. For our stock products you need to do a "loose" measurement, in the sense that you must allow space for two fingers to fit between the measuring tape and your pet's neck. For our custom products you must perform a "tight" measuring, so leave no space between the measuring tape and your pet's neck. After getting the required value you can match in with a specific size from the corresponding charts in our sizing guide .
Paracord products do not mold and also dry pretty quickly, so they can be washed in a washing machine. For best results you should follow the instructions below:

Biothane is a polyester webbing coated in either TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). Paracord is a thin and lightweight kind of rope knitted by nylon. The high number of interwoven strands ensures a smooth and even surface. At first it was used in the military as a parachute material but shortly after, many industries began to use it regularly. Paracord was also used in the manufacturing of space telescope Hubble due to its endurance and durability, as it can maintain as many as 250kg of resistance. Even though there are different kinds of paracord, we are committed to using 100% nylon paracord to all our products in order to ensure best results!

After that you can either continue browsing or move forward to your "Basket", where you will see a summary of the selected products. At last, you will proceed in the "Checkout" page, where, after a series of selections, you can confirm your order!
Absolutely! You can send our products as gifts to your friends or family. After your product selection you must choose "Add gift wrap?" in the checkout page. For the shipping address you must check the "Ship to different address" box and fill the details. Except for the gift wrapping you can include a greeting card with a custom message. As far as the invoice it is not sent to the receiver of the order but to the email address provided in the billing details section.

Shipping cost is estimated based on the region where the product is delivered to and the weight of the package. For more information you can see the shipping cost for each region here.
Delivery time depends on the region that you are in. Usually, it takes 4-5 business days for orders to be delivered in Greece and Europe . For non-European countries the delivery time can go up to 15 days. Regardless of the delivery region, you can always track your order via its tracking number.
Returns
We accept all product returns as far as stock products. For custom products and due to their high customization, we do not accept any kind of return except in case your product has a constructional flaw.
In any of the above cases we urge you to take the following steps:
The returning and resending cost is paid by the customer, in case of size or color mistake, and by us in case of any constructional flaw.
