Product shipping
All our products are sent in Greece and internationally from Thessaloniki. All orders are handled from the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA Courier). In either case, every delivery has a tracking number. Orders that are made after 15:00 EET are being processed the next day. An order is being delivered usually in 4-5 days domestically and in the EU and up to 15 days internationally.
Beware: There is a chance for your order to be delayed especially during holidays. However, rest assured we are doing everything in our power to prepare and sent your order!

Customs and import taxes
As far as orders from abroad are concerned, due to the special taxing policies in each country and the international economic agreements, there is a possibility of extra cost on your order. We are doing everything possible to stay up to date and inform you for these extra charges. Sadly, this is not always possible, so we would like to advise you to be extra careful when ordering from abroad, as these extra costs will be on you.
