Changing policy
Changes are accepted as far as stock products are concerned. For our custom products changes are not accepted, due to the high customization of these products. Also, products on discount are not changeable. The only exception we make is in case of any structural flaw.
In all changeable cases, after you have contacted us at info@unicord.gr, you must return the product with the case it was delivered to you and the receipt. In cases where the color or the size selection is the problem, the cost of returning and resending the product is covered by the customer. On the other hand in cases of any structural flaw on our accessories we cover the cost of returning and resending the product!
Returns
Due to the high customization of our products, we cannot offer any refunding, for returning any of them.
